Although it is only October 8, 2013 I accidentally began working on (later finishing) my family’s holiday card. I have been preparing The Holiday Collection for the etsy shop when I began working on one design I personally fell in love with and it became The Gardner Family 2013 Holiday Card. I mean, I love all of the designs created, but sometimes there is one that stands out a little more then the rest.  I’d love to share it with you, but I think I’m going to keep this one hiding until its completely appropriate to be speaking about the Holiday Season; it is only early October.

BUT, I am happy to share our Holiday Collection I, (I of III) for 2013. I love the classic colors of navy, red, and green; especially when thinking of the winter holidays. If you are a returning visitor to the blog you may be surprised that my obsessive use of chevron is missing from this collection. This holiday season I decided to semi-retire the pattern and offer more classic, simple, but still elegant cards. I’ll still happily take custom orders for the chevron. I love this collection not only for the pattern, color, and versatile look,  but also for the extra detail of the monogram (and of course the  use of last years photo on the front in b+w). Visit the shop for more in this collection where quatrefoil makes an appearance.

Collection II will be out early next week! Think bright and glitter!
